Lisa Mestrinho qualified from Lisbon University in 2003, worked in first opinion and referral practices and started in academia in 2008. She holds 2 master of science degrees and a PhD in Canine oral squamous cell carcinoma. Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry since 2017 and Assistant Professor in the Clinical Department of the Veterinary Faculty - Lisbon University, where develops her research at the institution’s research center (CIISA) and leads the dentistry and oral surgery service of the teaching hospital. Also works as a consultant in referral private practices.
