El siguiente trabajo tiene como finalidad proponer la utilización de un sistema ortogonal basandose en la experiencia obtenida tras realizar 3 casos clínicos de fracturas conminuta. El uso de una segunda placa en proyección ortogonal confiere una mayor resistencia y estabilidad al sistema, lo que aumenta el éxito, la rapidez de la recuperación y reduce el riesgo de fracaso del implante.
