Presentamos el caso de un perro de aguas de 5 años, con cojera y una lesión osteolítica en la tibia proximal, de la cual se realizó una biopsia con diagnóstico de metástasis de tricoepitelioma maligno. El paciente tenía historial de tricoepitelioma extirpado hacia 1 año y medio en la extremidad anterior izquierda. El diagnóstico se complementó con tomografía con contraste de tórax donde se observaban lesiones compatibles con metástasis y citología de linfadenopatía axilar izquierda compatible también con metástasis. Se optó por tratamiento con inhibidores tirosin quinasa, pamidronato intravenoso, aines y tramadol, con lo que se mantuvo 7 meses con enfermedad estable. Después aparecieron nuevos nódulos en la rama maxilar izquierda y derecha y en el dorso, compatibles también con metástasis y a pesar de ello, la lesión tibial se mantiene estable, y las metástasis pulmonares no se observan en radiografia.
