Katarina Varjonen

Katarina Varjonen, MSc, European Diplomate of Veterinary Dermatology Katarina graduated in 1998 from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. She currently practices as a clinical dermatologist with Anicura animal hospitals in Stockholm. Her research interests include bacterial skin disease and allergic disease in dogs and cats. Katarina did her specialist training at the Royal Veterinary College, University of London and has worked as a Lecturer in Dermatology at the University of Edinburgh. She lectures regularly both within Sweden and abroad and currently serves as the secretary of the European Society of Veterinary Dermatology and as a member of the ECVD diploma exam committee.
