Angela Vela Anero

Graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 2007, since 2005 she started as a volunteer the world of biomedicine in the Experimental Surgery Unit of the Univ. Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Madrid (HUPHM), where she worked, later, in the field of regeneration of nervous system with mesenchymal stem cells.2010 she moved to the reference center for osteoarthritis research, the Biomedical Research Institute of A Coruña (INIBIC). Affiliated within the Rheumatology group, she trained in the physiology, pathology and genetics of osteoarthritis, as well as the application of cell therapy. Doctor “Cum Laude” by the University of A Coruña in the area of ​​rheumatology in 2015, thesis she received The International Martial Fields Research Prize. Certified in veterinary acupuncture by the Chi Intitute of Europe, and certified in veterinary feeding and nutritherapy therapy by the Chi Institute of Europe and the IVAS. Currently, she is a member of the Spanish Rheumatology Society, author of several scientific publications, and speaker at international conferences (International society of medical hydrology, Ostearthritis research society international). She directs a doctoral thesis and is a member of the Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine group of the University of A Coruña, collaborating with the Galician Network of biomaterials and the CIBER-bbn. In 2013 she founded the service of regenerative medicine and cell therapy 'Vetter Veterinary Cell Therapy', today REGENERAVET carrying out designs and treatments with stem cells for veterinary centers. This service obtains several awards for innovation and for its contribution to development receives a European subsidy. In 2017 Vetter merges with Integralvet creating the Integral Vetter multidisciplinary center, of which it is a partner, and responsible for the service of clinical nutrition, nutrition therapy and natural nutrition and acupuncture in internal medicine. Since 2018 she is responsible for the cell therapy and regenerative medicine service of the Vet Hospital in
