In small animal practice we face an unstoppable trend of breeding malformed babyfaced dogs and exaggerated further miniaturizing of toy-breeds. However, not all of these patients can be diagnosed and treated in general practice as it was true for many years. This talk will explain the various types of complex airway malformations in such animals and explore the spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic tools available in general practice.
