Veterinarians used to think that their knowledge is enough to be successful in their careers. Diplomas, courses and congresses will bring clients and money, right? NOT necessarily. We do need diplomas, knowledge, courses etc but lay people (our clientes) can not evaluate it properly. To make a difference we must deliver much more than “the cure” and information. We must give them emotions, feelings, participation, dedication .....
