How do we get feline clients to bring their cats into the clinic for preventive care AND how do we help them carry out our recommendations? Cats don’t like coming to the clinic. Clients don’t like bringing their cats to the clinic. Within the clinic setting, many of us prefer to handle dogs. By addressing these realities, we can increase the number of visits and improve the care our feline patients are offered. Building on respectful, feline-friendly handling, our clients will be more likely to follow through with the professional recommendations we make.
