Myasthenia gravis is an extremely serious condition that frequently results in not only weakness, but aspiration pneumonia and death. This presentation will summarize my approach to symptomatic therapy of signs of weakness, different methods of addressing the underlying abnormal immune response and minimizing the risk of aspiration pneumonia.
