Learn how to perform accurate radiographic diagnoses of the main thoracic diseases. After being provided with a brief clinical history, digital thoracic radiographs will be reviewed. Interpretation skills and case management recommendations will be enhanced during these reviews. In this film reading workshop, the participants will be grouped in pairs around a computer station. Radiographs along with a succinct clinical history will be provided on each computer made available to each group. Identification of pertinent findings, listing of differential diagnoses, conclusions along with case management recommendation(s) will be discussed in a structured manner to build sound interpretation skills.
