Born in Barcelona in 1969. Degree and PhD in veterinary medicine from the “Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona”. Graduate of the European College of Pet Behaviour Medicine (European College of Veterinary Behavioural Medicine - Companion Animals). Presently, he is working as a researcher at the Institute of Neuropsychiatry and addictions (Mar Parc de Salut - Department of Psychiatry and Forensic Medicine -UAB). He dedicates the rest of his time to private practice of clinical ethology. His interest is focused on understanding the relationships between people and animals as well as in the comparative study of human psychiatric disorders and problems of animal behavior.
