Bradley Simon

Dr. Bradley Simon received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University (2007) and completed a residency in anesthesia and analgesia at the University of Pennsylvania (2012). Following his residency, he received his Master's degree with emphasis on opioid pharmacology in cats. Currently, he is a board-certified anesthesiologist and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Texas A&M University. He has written over 20 peer-reviewed journal articles and contributor to several books on canine and feline anesthesia and analgesia. He has also published several impactful reviews on the present and future of opioid analgesics, the lack of analgesic use (oligoanalgesia) in small animal practice, and feline procedural sedation and analgesia. Dr. Simon is a national and international lecturer and has presented at the International Conference on Opioids, World Small Animal Veterinary Association Conference, NIH Pain in Animals Workshop, ACVS Surgery Summit, Congreso Veterinario, and World Congress of Veterinary Anesthesia.
