Graduated in veterinary medicine from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2000 (UAB). Internship in the Small Animals Unit of the UAB Clinical Veterinary Hospital (HCV). She received a doctorate in veterinary medicine in 2011. Accredited in the specialty of internal medicine and feline medicine by AVEPA. Member of the Australian and New Zealand college in feline medicine specialization MANZCVS (UK cat medicine). She has made stays in prestigious centers such as the Animal Medical Center (New York) and the Small Animal Educational Hospital (SATH; Liverpool). She maintains an active participation in national and international courses and congresses. She is currently an associate professor in the Department of Animal Medicine and Surgery of the UAB Veterinary Faculty. She is a clinical veterinarian in the Internal Medicine Service of the Hospital Clínic Veterinari Foundation and in the private center Hospital Veterinari Canis (Girona).
