Graduated by the Complutense University of Madrid in 1988. Postgraduate at the Animal Medical Center, New York in 1991. He works in OROTAVET, Tenerife, since 1992.. His clinical activity is mainly focused on surgery, with special interest in traumatology and neurosurgery, as well as surgical oncology. Accredited by AVEPA in Traumatology and Veterinary Orthopedics. He is an active member of the technical committee of GEVO (Group of Veterinary Specialists in Traumatology and Orthopedics), and member of ESVOT and AOVET. He is a regular speaker at national courses and congresses and author of various publications in sectorial journals.
