Having qualified with a Veterinary Medicine degree in 2002, Elisabete spent more than 12 years in practice as GP and soft tissue surgeon. With independent acquisition of her own 2 veterinary clinics she discovered her passion for people development and business management. Between 2012 and 2014 completed, Advanced Program in Human Resources, Advanced Program in Veterinary Management from Catolica Lisbon, School of Business & Economics . She’s a Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® since 2017, completed Sales Growth Program from Cornell University in 2019 and completed an NLP certificate in 2020. This journey lead her to a consultancy career under the umbrella REVET, rethink vet business, supporting veterinary practices in Portugal increase service standards and business health. Having joined Royal Canin in 2017 with the Iberia Team, Elisabete in her role as Veterinary Marketing Manager for the UK & Ireland delivers an inspiring purpose to empower vet healthcare teams with knowledge, confidence and tools to face this V.U.C.A world.
