Graduate in veterinary medicine. Feline medicine accredited by AVEPA. Member of GEMFE and its Scientific Committee. Member of the ISFM and the AAFP. He has been a speaker at national and international conferences and is the author of several articles and courses on internal medicine and feline pain control. In 2012, he published the book “Manual de Geriatría Canina y Felina” Ed. Servet-Edra, translated into several languages. In 2015, he is one of the 10 coauthors of the European edition of the GRAM Guide, a project sponsored by the lab. Ceva for the responsible use of antibiotics in small animal medicine. In 2017 he is co-author of the ISFM Guidelines on hypertension in feline medicine. He has been coordinator of the postgraduate courses in Feline Medicine at Neoanimalia Univ. Cardenal Herrera CEU since 2019 and IFEVET since 2020. In 2001 he founded SA veterinaris practice together with his partner Anna Calvet. In March 2016, both founded Clínica Felina Barcelona, the first 24/7 Cats only hospital in Spain
