Cristina Bonvehí got her DVM by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2007 and has been working in Centro Veterinario Los Sauces, Madrid, since then. She got the Accreditation in Exotic Animals Surgery and Medicine by AVEPA in 2019. She has published a number of scientific papers in the American Veterinary Medical Association, Journal of the American Animal Hospital Association, American Journal of Veterinary Research, Veterinary Clinics of North America, Veterinary Record, Veterinary Clinical Pathology y Journal of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics, and others. She has also collaborated in the textbooks Guía de Terapéutica en Animales Exóticos and Manual de Enfermedades Respiratorias en Animales de Compañía. She has also been speaker in scientific meetings and working groups such as AVEPA, SEVC, AMVAC and ICARE.
