The elimination-provocation test is the only diagnostic test to evaluate an adverse food reaction as well as to assess the response to food in some chronic enteropathies. It is essential to carry out this test in a systematic manner, choosing adequate diet and management, to reach a diagnostic conclusion. The key points when carrying out these tests will be discussed during this session.
