There are different nutritional strategies that may be appropriate in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders. Knowing these strategies and in which cases they may be indicated can expand our therapeutic management capacity in our GI patients. High digestibility, low fat, low reactivity, rich in fibre, etc., are options to be considered in each GI patient.
