Anaesthesia in patients with any previous pathology is always considered a challenge, especially in those where there is hemodynamic compromise, since the effect of anaesthetics on them is even greater, both due to their own hemodynamic alterations and to the alterations that these cause on the pharmacological characteristics. The possibility of optimizing these patients or not is considered as the initial strategy at the time of the evaluation prior to anaesthesia.
Careful monitoring will help anticipating potential complications.
